GSuite/gmail: what are the disadvantages?

  • Thank you very much for your great plugin and documentation.
    I’ve set up transactional email with gmail/gsuite.
    I did send out many test emails and for me gmail worked the best (compared to mailgun and sendgrid) in the sense that no email did end up in the SPAM folder.
    I can send out 2000 emails per day (even via SMTP, google support confirmed that).
    For 6€/month for the gsuite package.
    But when I read through the forums regarding transactional emails, I rarely find gmail/gsuite and always mailgun/sendgrid ect
    What am I missing? Why are these providers “better”/more popular?
    What are the disadvantages regarding gsuite?
    I know, this seems a little bit off topic, but I imagine you delved into email providers for these kind of thing and know everythin .D
