• Hey
I am getting the below error. I just added the Tracking number and kept everything as default. This is what GT Metrix shows. Can You please help me out.

Also looks like I am not getting any real time data after activating it.

The following requests are returning 404/410 responses. Either fix the broken links, or remove the references to the non-existent resources.

    Thanks

Are your permissions accurate? It seems like CAOS can’t generate the analytics.js file. When you look in CAOS’ settings, do you see any warnings?

I don’t see any warning. May I know what permision we need and for which file or folder.

    Thanks

If you don’t see any warnings, then that means that CAOS’ has the right permissions. Perhaps you should ask your hosting provider if Nginx/Apache is blocking the folder from loading.

I am on a unmanaged VPS so support question is out of scope .

I see the permission is showing as 755. Is this what is needed.

Is there anyway ( without asking host) I can check if my web server is blocking access to your plugin folder.

Permissions to external requests are very specific per server configuration. Are other files in your cache folder accessible in your browser? What happens if you xhange the cache folder to outside the cache folder and regenerate the analytics.js file?
