Hmm, yeah your server is definitely reporting HTTP/1.1 410 Gone rather than what should be HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found.

You’ll need to contact your hosting provider’s support about this.

what should i tell them?

That a file that doesn’t exist should be reported by your server as HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found and not HTTP/1.1 410 Gone.
