  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

I believe you also send us this questions a few days ago by email to which we replied. Judging from the screenshots you shared you are using the free PRO version of our plugin.

WooCommerce is saving its attributes for product variations differently than for simple products (array’s versus strings). That is why in the free version of the plugin we are unable to retrieve product variation attributes unfortunately.

I did not receive an email reply, btw. Checked spam as well and resent the email once more yesterday.

Well, reading arrays vs string is not a big challenge. I understand you made this decision as encouragement to upgrade, which is fine.

But with Elite plan, are you able to read the existing GTIN fields in WooCommerce or we will need to re-enter the GTINs to the new fields you plug-in creates and only then it will be able to include them in the feed?

Unfortunately, per the WordPress forum guidelines, we’re not allowed to discuss our paid Elite plugin here so for any questions about our paid plugins, please send an email to [email protected]

Right, I tried to do this via email and didn’t hear back. Please ensure your email outbound is working. Sent a new email to email you shared just now. A lot of work to get this answer : )

Email send to you is being bounced back to us. This is what we send:

    Hi,

Thanks for reaching out by email.

The paid version of our plugin has this feature that allows you to add attributes on product variation level so you can add them to your feeds, see:

    https://adtribes.io/add-gtin-mpn-upc-ean-product-condition-optimised-title-and-brand-attributes/

It unfortunately doesn’t have an option to retrieve existing product variation attribute values.

    Hope this answers your question?
