    Hi,

I’m using your plugin to generate a product feed for Google Shopping.

My team has already added the GTIN on the backend. I also can see the GTIN numbers in the ‘Product->Inventory’ section. In the product feed mapping setting, I assigned ‘woosea gtin’ to the field ‘g:gtin’. I also tried other attributes like ean, mpn. But none of them could let the GTIN show in the product feed.

Could you please help check how to fix it?
And could you please let me know how can I check the attribute names in the dropdown menu are the key name our developer set on the backend so they can be mapped(matched)?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

The woosea_* attributes are not the right ones to use unless you are on the paid version of our plugin. Those fields are part of this paid feature: https://adtribes.io/add-gtin-mpn-upc-ean-product-condition-optimised-title-and-brand-attributes/

Please check the drop-downs on the field mapping section of our plugin to see if there are other attributes in there that have GTIN in its naming. Bear in mind that when you added those attributes using a 3th party plugin they might not show at all in the drop-downs as not all of those plugins are compatible with ours.

What sometimes might help with finding the right attribute(s) in the drop-down is go to the product edit page itself and right-click on the input field and select “Inspect” or “Inspect element”, depending on the browser you are using. You’ll see a piece of HTML with probably the field name in it.

    Thanks for your prompt response.
It’s strange that the woosea_* attributes are working fine on our other website although we haven’t upgraded to a paid version. Can I ask if the features of your plugin are same across different wordpress plan or templates?

Then I just checked the drop-down menu, there is no ‘GTIN’ related attribute showing.
Do you have any suggestions if we can check anything on the backend?

    Thanks!

When it is not showing than changes are big the plugin you use to add your GTIN’s is not compatible with our plugin. You could try reaching out to the support team of that plugin asking under what attribute name their GTIN is saved.

That certainly is strange as those features, including the extra fields really only are available in the paid version of our plugin. Are you sure you are using the free one?

Assuming the issue at hand has been resolved or our support is no longer required I am going to close this topic for housekeeping reasons now. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our support-team again whenever you need our help.
