GTIN not included in Google Feed

    Hi,
    I have managed to upload the Google Reviews XML Feed but the GTIN is missing from many of the reviews. As a result I have to update the XML file everyday manually, (The XML file is generated every day by the CRON setting and then I change it manually) otherwise it is not accepted by Google shopping (they keep asking for the GTIN for all of the products reviewed!).
    I have set the fields mapping of the PLUGIN as following: GTIN to Product GTIN
    and every product has its own GTIN!

    Could it be the problem that When I first installed the Plugin it was without GTIN setting?
    How can I solve the problem?

    Can you please provide the following information:

    1. A screenshot of the GTIN field in the product details
    2. A screenshot of the “Reviews” tab on “Google” page in the plugin’s menu
    3. A link to your XML feed with this problem

    Thanks for providing additional information.

    As far as I can see, the product from your screenshot is not included in the XML feed at all. It is not just GTIN is missing. The whole product is missing.

    Does this product have any reviews that are 3 characters or longer?

    yes, the product does not have any reviews with 3 letters or more.
    Alternatively you may look at the product:
    Extra virgin olive oil 3lt, SKU: HUILE003B2018, GTIN: 0641938336238

    Unfortunately, I cannot have a look at this product because I don’t have access to your site. Can you please share a screenshot (similar to what you provided for the previous product)?
