GTM code visible but not picked up

    I have added the GTM code in the plugin head and body but it’s not working. I can see it in source code, but it’s not picked up from the Assistant (or showing any traffic). When I simply add it to the theme files it is being found. What could be the reason for this? I did find that it’s placed remarkably low in the head section.
