• Hello,

I am using version 1.11.6. I will update to the latest version soon when I test the environment.

+ On Google Tag Manager, the default Workspace contained all the tags, triggers, variables when I first installed your plugin which I find very well done (thank you very much).
So, I made some changes on GTM in the Default Workspace to be up to date with GA3.

+ I then wanted to integrate in 2nd part, GA4. I followed, line by line, the tutorial which is on your site. (Thanks again for the tutorial)
This part of GA4, I set it up on a 2nd Workspace, as indicated in the tutorial.

Question 1: When I finish my work on the 2nd Workspace (GA4), I have to publish it of course. How it will go ?

Question 2: If I assume that the default GA3 WORKSPACE will be merged with the second WORKSPACE GA4 as soon as I publish the second Workspace, should I remove the tags, triggers, variables linked to the old GA3 version? Or let GA3 and GA3 work together? How is it going to happen in Conversion on Google Ads?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi,

I do not think that a separate workspace is needed to setup everything unless you would like to publish all changes step by step.

In case you publish a workspace, it will disappear in GTM and all other workspaces will notify you to update the workspace with the latest published changes. With that, any further workspace will include the changes in the published version.
