    Hi, I created the event in GA4 with Google Tag Manager. However, I could not install “aws_search_term”. Unfortunately, when I tried to install directly with GA4 instead of GTM, it did not work. How can I complete the integration with Google Tag Manager?

    Please tell me – what exactly do you mean by

    ?I could not install “aws_search_term”

    You don’t see this event inside your GA4 dashboard or you can’t create such by following this instruction?

    How to install aws_search_term via Google Tag Manager? It doesn’t work when I install it via Google Analytics 4.

    Yes, I reviewed the guide. I did the installation as in the guide. I waited for a few days for the data to appear, but the data did not appear in the GA4 panel. For this reason, I made an installation from scratch with GTM. I set up the event with GTM, aws_search is triggered as event. I just can’t see the aws_search_term data in the explore section.

    Did you also create a dimension/event parameter aws_search_term for this event aws_search inside GTM? If so – maybe you can show me a screenshot of how these settings are looking inside your GTM panel.

    When I test my installation via GTM with the GA4 Debug tool, search_term appears in the activity parameters. However, it appears as not_set in the explore report, and the search terms do not appear. I posted the relevant images below.

    Can you please share the steps that you make to solve this problem? This will be very useful for me and help to improve plugin documentation.
