GTM not updating consent tab of tag assistant

    • Using free version, setup through GTM using the tutorial https://complianz.io/consent-mode-for-7-0/
    • ‘consent’ event shows on-page defaults as denied for all
      • After hitting accept on the prompt, there is no update to the on-page update column in the same consent tab
      • Also no new event for after the acceptance of prompt
      • Current states remain as denied

    Not sure where I’ve gone wrong here, I can see there was a new update to the template as well which I applied. Once I hit “accept”, the consent tab/table is exactly the same for all events that come after ‘consent’.

    Hi @solutionsamurai,

    Consent Mode support is included with the Premium version of this plugin, so the Tag Template for Consent Mode is not applicable when using the Free version.

    Got you…so there’s no way currently to test and trial Consent Mode with Complianz at all at this time? You must be on the premium level.

    Yes, Consent Mode V2 support is indeed only included with the Premium version of this plugin.
