    Hi,

I have paid version of this plugin. I would like to add GTM on form submit. but this form is integrated using iframe. So I cannot add the code in head or body. The only option to add is a script file link. Is there any way to GTM on this form. Let me know please.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We certainly understand your request, however we are sorry to say that we cannot control how Google Tag Manager is validating our pop-up code and therefore cannot add scripts in parts of our code. Thank you for your understanding.

If you have further questions, feel free to contact us on chat or at [email protected].

    Have a wonderful day!

Can you please add this feature on future version. Or at least put two boxes on the form settings to add GTM codes on head and body sections. This is very important to track the form submissions. Other free plugins have very good facilities for tracking.
    Thank you,

    Hello,

We provide as well tracking methods, through Google Analytics code that can be inserted within the Settings -> Notifications section, Google AdWords and other methods as well for which the code needs to be placed within a script hosted and inserted under the Settings -> Advanced -> Form -> Add a JS script to your form option.

It is not depending by us and we cannot influence GTM in their actions related to our script, however we will definitely consider an approach for future implementations.

If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us on chat or at [email protected].

    Have a wonderful day!
