Thanks for reaching out. As this is unusual behavior please allow me to some to check this with a Genesis framework theme.
In the meantime you can check whether this same placement occurs with another theme selected while in troubleshooting mode using the Health Check & Troubleshooting Plugin if you wish, by following the steps below.
- Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
- Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
- From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
- Check your site’s source code (after refreshing your homepage)
The above will only switch to a core theme for you only, as a logged in user. Note that other plugins will also become deactivated while in troubleshooting mode, there may be another plugin impacting this placement.
Regardless of the above I’ll report back to you today after checking the Genesis framework. Great job on the site too by the way!
Keep up the good work! The Site Kit plugin is great – thank you for making it.
Thank you, it’s already great to hear such feedback from users! Feel free to share your thoughts in the form of a review, alternatively I’ll be sure the team note your comments.
