    Hi Thomas,

On said page the gtm4wp.changeDetailViewEEC event is not firing. It is a custom theme, I do not believe any plugins are being used for this functionality. Can you see straight away what’s in the way of firing that event? Or do you have any information for the site’s dev that indicates how to set up the form properly to activate this trigger?

    Thanks!
    Ivan

    Hi Ivan,

Since you are using a cache plugin on your site, it is very hard to tell you why this event is not firing. Do you have a public sandbox/staging site where you can disable this cache plugin?

    Hi Thomas,

The caching plugin is now disabled. Can you check if you are now able to troubleshoot? Thanks!

    Hi,

Now that you have disabled the cache plugin, I can see the gtm4wp.changeDetailViewEEC event firing. It is also sending data to your GA property, you should check your event reports.

Hej Thomas, indeed, events are now showing. So the cache plugin is the culprit. We’ll take it from there, thanks for pointing in the right direction!
