GTmetrix Add Expires Headers

I was wondering if Add Expires Headers can help with this. I installed the plugin but couldn’t see how to fix the issue below. GTmetrix/YSlow says this:
There are 2 static components without a far-future expiration date.
https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Oswald%7CRoboto%7COpen+Sans&subset
https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans&ver=5.3.2
Can I fix this using the plugin.
