GTMetrix and Resmush.it

  • I’ve optimised my images with resmush.it, but GTMetrix doesn’t think they are optimized. I have checked a file GTMetrix says should be losslessly compressed, and resmush.it says it has been successfully reduced in size in the WP Media Library.

    I’ve used default settings in resmush.it.

    How do I fix this?

    Hi @curve,

    You’re pictures are already optimized, but you can change the quality level. You can set it to a 80% value, it should bring good quality pictures, and a lower file size.
