GTPAy leads to error page

  • Please im trying to set up the plugin but after I click to pay with GTPay i have this message displayed >>>>>>>`Dear Customer,
    We are sorry we cannot continue with the transaction due to the following reason:

    Error Code: G101
    (GTPay Customer ID Not Provided by the Merchant Site.)
    Please contact the requesting Merchant with the above error code for resolution.`
