Gtranslate appears to not work

On my PC with Chrome the plugin does not respond. But when I enter inkognito mode it works!!! ? Stange, because for a long time I did not think it was working. Finally I found that as long I am logget in to the WP Control panel it does not show. But when I logget out all was fine!
