GTranslate plugin not appearing visible on site

Hi,

I have installed the GTranslate plugin successfully on the site https://www.craac.be.

Now I want to do the same on https://shop.craac.be which is a separate database.

I did the exact same steps: installing the plugin, adding the widget via appearance->widgets to the header but here GTranslate does not appear in the header.

I don’t know what might be the problem? I already deactived & reactivated the plugin to check if that would help, unfortunately, it didn’t…

I was considering buying the paid version as I have a Woocommerce site…but as the free version doesn’t work here, I wonder if that is a good plan.

Anyone knows how to solve this? Thank you
