I recently upgraded to GTranslate v3.0.2 and I am using the Hestia theme (v3.0.29).

After the upgrade two things broke.

#1: The “show in menu” feature only displays one language/flag. There should be multiple flags/languages visible.

#2: When I ‘click’ on a language/flag nothing happens. This is because the language hyperlink is: https://url.domain/#

I tried rolling back to Hestia v3.0.27. The GTranslate issue is still present.

    Hi,

The new version is creating sub-menu items for other languages than the current one if you use Show in Menu option. If you need to keep the flags in one line, then disable Show in Menu configuration option in GTranslate settings page and add [gtranslate] shortcode into the menu directly, so it can render side by side like the old version.

You can go to Appearance -> Menus -> Custom Link then set URL = # and Link Text = [gtranslate] then Add to Menu.

I cannot check the 2nd issue, since you did not post your website address. The href is indeed #, but there is on click javascript event attached to the languages.

    Thanks! ??

Thanks @edo888. The [gtranslate] shortcode is working exactly the way I need/want it to! Thank you for the helpful suggestion.
