Guest abandonned cart recovery

    Hello,

    1.I’d like to know if this plugin is sending cart recovery email to guest users that have typed in their email but and they have abandonned the cart at the checkout page.

    Will those receive an email?

    2. Which is minimum paid plan at mailchimp that allows this feature?

    Hello there @albertsauque

    We do have a feature called Abandoned cart email that will trigger when a customer leaves a browsing session before checkout.

    According to our current pricing plans, this feature is available to all of our user both free and paid.

    Once you have Mailchimp for WooCommerce setup, connected and syncing you’ll need to login to your Mailchimp account to setup Abandoned cart emails as well as any other order notifications we have available for use.

    Hello,

    So:
    1. Will this trigger happen also for GUEST USERS? Users that don’t have an account, but that they have filled their email in the checkout field?

    2. Is this feature working in the mailchimp free plan? It is marked, but I’d like to make sure about this.

    Hi @albertsauque, thanks for your patience. If a user fills in their email address (guest or existing customer) they would be eligible for an abandoned cart Automation. And yes, abandoned cart Automations would be part of the free plan ??
