Guest Author Page has different title

Each of our guest authors have an author bio page. However, randomly the name is wrong in the tab/header title. If you go here https://collegiatecollective.com/author/erica-young-reitz/

You’ll see that Erica is the author bio listed. However, if you hover over the tab (both in chrome or safari) you can see that Chase Abner is listed as the page title. It used to work fine but not sure what caused it to be messed up now. This is happened on two guest author profiles.

Not sure if this is related but I’ll include it as well. On these two author pages, multiple authors show up and I cant figure out how to just make it the one author.
