Guest Authors

  • Guest Authors are not being displayed in the authorbox, rather the creator of the post is. They work fine in the byline, even with multiple authors. In the authorbox, however, only one author is being displayed.

    There are quite a few posts about this issue already, with no solutions or responses.

    Reading through the posts, it appears this plug-in is no longer supported. Is there an alternative plug-in available that displays multiple authors?

  • Same issue. Byline works. In my case, author boxes for all authors are created, but bio is only being displayed for “the_author” (viz. the creator of the post; as above) and not for any guest authors. Also, guest author archive links are incomplete–no author slug.
