Guest Book that Allows Photos and Comments

A friend just died. She had a WordPress blog (I think it’s hosted elsewhere, but I’m not sure yet – we’re finding out). We’d like to add a guest book where people can add photos as well as comments. I see a few solutions for guestbooks but nothing where users can add photos. Any ideas? Good guestbook ideas (without photos) would also be appreciated. It could be that the best solution is a guest book and then a separate “contribute your photos” photo album. I am open to whatever works.
