Guest Chat not working in Chat plugin

  • The chat plugin is configured to allow Guest Chat, but on the actual website, it doesn’t allow Guest Chat and only gives the option to log in.

    I have tried resetting, restarting, clearing cache, trying multiple browsers (Chrome and Edge), Mac and Windows, and also on Android and Apple phones, but the same thing persists.

    Any idea what’s going on???
