Guest Checkout not Working

I currently have woocommerce installed on my client’s site. When I am logged in, I am able to add items to the cart and checkout smoothly, with no problems. When I am not logged in, I add an item to the cart which it states that the item has been successfully added to the cart, and I hit checkout it states “No items in cart”. This is extremely frustrating as I have the “Enable Guest Checkout” button ticked. I have disabled all cache plugins and contacted my hosting provider. Nothing seems to be working. I also activated the 2014 Theme and the problem was still there so I know it is not a theme issue.

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
