Guest checkout not working for me (recurring payments)

    I have logged in to My Business Paypal Account then went to
    Account Settings -> Website payments -> Website preferences and set PayPal account optional to On

    I have installed
    – PayPal Standard
    – PayPal Express Checkout
    – PayPal Payments Pro

    I have activated all three but could not manage to make it work.
    Paypal only shows “Login OR Create an account” form.

    Am I missing something?
