guest create events not working

The first one, please share a live URL from the issue,
Also, please use the latest version of the MEC and then follow the steps below:

?For troubleshooting, deactivate all your plugins and let the MEC remain active only, set your theme on default, then reload the page, if the issue was solved, then activate your plugins one by one and your theme, refresh your page and check to see which plugin is causing the issue.

I updated to the latest Version 4.4.6
I have deactivated all the other plugins but there is no option to add an event, not even for me as a logged in admin.
