I just checked my personal blog which it does have google anaclitic and something , but that core web vital shows empty on me , do I need to activate it somewhere to get the information ?

The domain needs to have a sufficient number of visitors each month. So, https://www.my-occasionally-visited-blog.com will not have enough traffic to show the metrics, but https://www.my-popular-blog.com will have enough traffic to show the metrics. This makes testing more challenging, unfortunately.
