    We use Gwolle guestbook since 2016 and never had issues. Since last week we got a info from a client that he could not enter a comment anymore.
    The error message was Error 412 Pyxsoft Pxshield.
    As moderator of this website I could enter the clients comment via de plug-in.
    Could you pls. help/advise us to solve this ?

    This seems to be anti-malware software:
    https://www.pyxsoft.com/doc/documentation/overview/

    If you didn’t install this, you might want to try to find the person who did.

    By the way, the website seems to be using WordPress Comments as a guestbook. You might be mistaken that Gwolle is the plugin you use.

    Hi Marcel, I’m not an trained IT guy but by reading your last alinea and your installation guide again, I managed to set-up our “gastenboek” as it should be used for. All works fine now and indeed …easier to use and much better overview now.

    Thx again..top tip to wake me up..:-)
