Guestbook Comments – Login required?

I am testing the Funeral Press plugin on our test (preview DNS) site but when I try to post a Guestbook comment as a guest, I am redirected to the wordpress login page. If I am logged into my wordpress account, I can post a comment as myself.
Does posting in the guestbook require a WordPress login? If so, this plugin will not be of much use to us.
