Guestbook Edits Not Saving

A visitor submitted a Guestbook post, which was approved. We found errors in the post, which we originally attributed to the poster, but have now found that the errors cannot be eliminated. Editing the post and clicking “save” does not save the changes. In fact, deleting all of the text and clicking save does not save anything and the text reappears on its own. Note the “\” in two places and the number 58683254 embedded in text, none of which can be removed through the Obituary Manager.
