Guests No Longer See Cart?

This plugin was working fine until about a week ago.

Basically, if you’re logged into WordPress as admin, everything works fine as it’s supposed to.

But if you’re not, when you add a sample to your cart, you get a success message on the product page that it’s been added. However, when you go to the cart, it shows as empty. (but if I log in, I can see the previous samples I’ve added). The guest checkout option is checked.

I’ve doubled checked the cart page to make sure there wasn’t a funky if/else going on. I even deleted the entire woocommerce folder from the theme to make sure it wasn’t a theme issue since the site is over 2 years old (I’ve since had to add it back since it’s a live site). The cart still shows as empty. No JS errors either.
