It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide us with a screenshot of the email rule and trigger settings.     Hi there, the rule is:

    No. of items Greater than 1.

    The trigger is send email after 0 mins.

    Abandoned Cart Time Interval: 00:02

    I have hard time trying to get it to trigger at all sometimes.

    Thank you for providing the details. Based on the configuration, the plugin will trigger an email if the abandoned cart contains more than 1 item.
