It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide us with a screenshot of the email rule and trigger settings. This will allow us to verify the configuration and ensure everything is set up correctly.

    Additionally, I wanted to inform you that we have conducted tests on the scenario mentioned using a guest user, and it’s working fine as expected.

    Hi there, the rule is:

    No. of items Greater than 1.

    The trigger is send email after 0 mins.

    Abandoned Cart Time Interval: 00:02

    I have hard time trying to get it to trigger at all sometimes.

    Thank you for providing the details. Based on the configuration, the plugin will trigger an email if the abandoned cart contains more than 1 item.
