Guidance on Import CSV page becomes misleading following failed import

If I attempt to import a CSV file which is in some way defective in its number of columns or in the headings of those columns, the advice under the heading “Prepare a spreadsheet with the correct format” becomes misleading, and following the attempted import, morphs to indicate that the user should now import a spreadsheet with the number of columns, and with the column headings, that were used in the failed import. For example, if I create and import a spreadsheet with absurd headings and only three columns, the advice under the heading “Prepare a spreadsheet with the correct format” will become that my spreadsheet must have three columns and must have these absurd headings. At face value, this appears to me to be a bug.
