    If you have purchased a premium extension or theme on WooCommerce.com, you can get help faster at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets. (Don’t worry, if you prefer to get help at this forum, that’s possible too.)

    Storefront extensions and child themes

    We will take time to find out if your problem is caused by Storefront or one of its extensions or child themes. If it turns out that the issue is caused by a premium extension or child theme, we cannot help you further at this forum. However, since you’re a paying customer you can contact our support team directly via WooCommerce.com.

    Resolved threads

    Threads will be marked as resolved by our team members in any of the following cases:

    • We haven’t heard back from you in over a week or no one else has been able to help you out in that same time span
    • The thread is not related to or caused by this plugin, but another plugin or theme
    • We’re fairly confident that we’ve provided the right solution

    Customization

    We will try to help with basic customization (CSS and PHP), but this will mostly consist out of guiding you to the right place for finding help. This forum is mostly focused on resolving issues with core configuration and its intended functionality.
