Guide me to include Read More link and post featured image as email headed

  • Hello members,

    I am new to wordpress and have no idea about coding. I setup the plugin some how by reading the help on different blogs, auto mails are going to selected groups, but have below issues:

    a) The excerpts is going without any link back to the blog. Please help me to add the “read more” link to the email with a link to blog post automatically.

    b) And could you please guide me to setup or include blog post featured image as auto email header image
