Gutenberg above 12.8.1 @ GB issue with Headline color change

Since Gutenberg 12.9.0 (same with the 13.0 release also) changing the Generateblocks Headline color encounters a block error. Rolling back to 12.8.1 solves the issue.
I assume is not a conflict with the color picker itself since changing the color of a Container works just fine.

It generates an error in the console too:
TypeError: l.startsWith is not a function -> react-dom.min.js?ver=5.9.3

I’ve tried to disable all the plugins except Gutenberg and Generateblocks and it is happing anyway.
