Gutenberg doesn’t update image meta data

  • When adding an image block to the website and changing the meta information like the alternative text of an image later in Media, the new information is not automatically updated in the image block I created previously.

    Is this how it should work?

    I’m experiencing additional problem.

    Gutenburg is not working at all starting today. I used it for over a year now and it had been a great experience.

    All the features in the block editor,including image upload, are not active. For now, I had no option but to install classic editor.

    I want to go back to Gutenberg editor

    I would appreciate if someone could share knowledge how to fix it.
