Gutenberg Post grid showing wrong Author

The feature is showing me post author and not page author. There might be a conflict with theme or plugin.

You can test on a different page(than Homepage), different theme. Also, by deactivating other plugins. So that you can find which one is conflicting.

Well, I had changed the page author to the post author since they are all her posts, so they are one in the same. It could have been a theme conflict, but FYI I am using ThemeIsle Amadeus, with the Theme Isle Grid widget b;ock within the Gutenberg editor.

With Otter Blocks there is this issue exists. We will resolve it in the upcoming versions of the plugin; however, please raise the issue at https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/otter-blocks/ for Otter Block problems.

Aha, thanks. When the Orbit Fox widgets showed up in Gutenberg, I re-wrote the page in Gutenberg blocks rather than use Elementor just to simplify the site. Posted on Otter blocks support. Thanks!

I’m really confused between Orbit Fox and Otter Blocks.

Until yesterday I only had Orbit Fox plugin and I used the Posts Grid block in Gutenberg under a tab called Orbit Fox. I did not have Otter Blocks until I installed it yesterday. I do have Elementor plugin activated also, but have now rewritten the Elementor pages to Gutenberg to simplify the site since Gutenberg works fine for my client’s application. Anyway, thanks for your help.

The Otter Blocks people have fixed the post author issue
