Gutenberg slowing down all my backend

Hi,

we have had issues with slow backend, very slow backend in the last few days. We been looking at high CPU usage and today we tried to disable Gutenberg and get the old editor and immediately the slowiness has completely disappeard and re-appear when uploading again.

Can you advise is this issue is common and what are you doing to resolve please?
