Gutenverse Column Element Missing

    The Gutenverse Column element no longer appears as an option in my Photology Theme (v1.1.0) and where it has been used shows up in the Editor with the error “This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed”. How can I correct this?

    Sure. How should I send the screenshot? I don’t see an attachment option and this text box doesn’t seem to support images.

    You can use public image sharing sites such as prnt.sc or imgur.com.

    Hi @istarion ,

    This might be a plugin conflict, try deactivating all plugins one by one except Gutenverse and see if one of them caused this issue.
    Let us know about the result.

    Also regarding missing column block, it’s not actually missing.
    Column block is part of section block, you need to use section block first.

    Thank you @jegstudio, after deactivating all my plugins but Gutenverse and reactivating them one at a time, I discovered the “HubSpot All-In_One Marketing – Forms, Popups, Live Chat” plugin was the culprit. On deactivating the plugin, I sent feedback to HubSpot informing them of the problem. Hopefully, some resolution will be found as my business uses HubSpot as its CRM solution and we will want to restore that integration with our website again at some point relatively soon.

    We’re glad that the problem has been found.
    We will also take an extra measure to check what caused the issue with that plugin. Overall it would be best if all plugins are compatible with each others.
