Gutenverse PRO, Intrace theme, all templates are locked except home

  • I bought the Gutenverse Pro version and activated the license. When I create a new page through the Gutenverse interface, I can pick any template I want, but I’m unable to edit the blocks on the page. Everything is greyed out and not editable. The only page I can edit without issue is the home page. The Intrace dashboard says all necessary plugins have been installed and activated, the license is active.

    Can you provide us with a screenshot of the page and your Gutenverse System Status?

    Hello @ericemeer,

    Please make a new topic regarding this issue. To further investigate, could you please provide the following information:

    1. Have you activate the theme after you installing the theme?
    2. Did you edit in the Appearance > Editor > Template? because all of our template can be edited from Appearance > Editor > Template.
