Hi, this plugin does not support reCAPTCHA, but uses Really Simple CAPTCHA.
But I actually advise against using a CAPTCHA, there are far better methods available.
    Some prior question:

Do you have an idea to secure the guestbook ? Because we will be hack by this way one time… and if the captcha is not very good … how to do ?
    Thanks

What does this guestbook plugin have to do with getting hacked? I don’t see how reCAPTCHA would be relevant here…

There are 5 anti-spam features, of which the CAPTCHA is the least advised. Did you try the other 4 anti-spam features?

I have put all the anti spam now ?? … but what is nonce exactly ? i don’t understand how it works?

I cannot find how to integrate nonce or honeypot. Are they plug-ins? Can you give directions on how to integrate? I have akismet, but I’m still getting tons of spam messages.

On Guestbook > Settings > Antispam-tab, you can enable Nonce and Honeypot. They are integrated then transparently. If you know how an inspector works, you can fiddle with the input fields in the form and see what happens.

Messages marked by Nonce, Honeypot and Akismet will be in the spamfolder.
The next version also will get an option to refuse spam. When it is marked as spam by one of these three options, the user will see the form again with an error message.
This option will be disabled by default.

Thank you. I have them enabled, but was confused because so much spam still shows up.

But they are marked as spam, right? Or are they checked and published automatically?
If you go to the admin editor, youy will see a log of what has happened.
