Gzip and CDN both are not working together

    I have enabled the Gzip its working fine but when i enabled the CDN the the Gzip not working and my website going down

    so any one suggest me now what i do
    Currently i am using wp super cache for CDN and Caching and
    add code of GZIP in htaccess
