Gzip compression is enabled but GTMetrix stats have very low score.

I have tested my e-shop with 2 gzip tools, https://www.feedthebot.com/tools/gzip/ and https://checkgzipcompression.com/, it seems to be enabled and ok (score 81.6%). I have also made contact with Hosting Provider and they told me that gzip is enabled and apache server supports mod_deflate, but when I check my e-shop with GTMetrix, I have very low score (12/100 !!), like it can’t recognize that gzip compression is enabled.
