h1 Deviates on "Blog" Page (new posts)

I’m trying to set one, beautiful h1 setting in my stylesheet, so I can reserve it for post/page titles, keeping font size and line height always the same for that tag.

The problem is it’s working fine on all my pages and posts, except the titles on the blog page.

My front page is set to a static page, and not to the blog. How can I keep blog post titles from inheriting the same rules they’re now inheriting? Do I need to adjust something inside my theme? I’m using magazine basic, which has “post layout options”. Any clue how I could adjust something in there?
