• Hi,

    I am using OceanWP.

In the settings section of my site I have entered the site title and the tag line which is also showing on the homepage. However, when I see the “View Page Source” of the home page, I am not able to see my site title (my name) in the H1 tag of the home page. Is my homepage’s H1 empty? (I am asking this because it should not be empty).

I was under the impression that the site title automatically becomes the header tag (H1) of the site’s home page.

    Can anyone clear the doubts?

    Thanks

  • Hello,

Tried checking but not facing the issue, kindly share the report with us.

and the page is designed with the elementor and Oceanwp doesn’t control the elementor design/settings. Try to edit the page and check you have added any blank h1 tag.

    Hi Abhishek,

Sorry I saw your response today only. Can you please specify which section of the home page to edit. Also, I am not clear where to check the blank H1 tag.

    Thanks

    Hello,

I also tried but unable to get a blank H1 tag.

If you want to set the title tag in the H1 tag, kindly copy the logo.php file (/partials/header/) file into the child theme and edit it as per your need.
