H2 headings not showing

Ive tried that. i have tried h1 to h6 but only the h1 heading shows. nothing else.

Problem solved.

I was using a Gutenberg heading block for my h1 but using a classic block for h2,h3…. headings.
TOC block doesn’t pick up headings from a classic block. After changing them to a heading block all works great.
