    Hi all

I’m new to H5P and to Videopress.

I’ve been testing the two and while the video works on initial upload and while adding the interactive content. Some time after saving and adding the shortcode to the webpage it stops showing the video and states ‘video format not supported’. Despite the video file being an mp4.

Any thoughts on how to prevent the loss of video?

    TIA

    Hey there,

VideoPress doesn’t support the H5P file format at this point. The H5P videos are conceived as presentation files. Since they may not just be straight video files, they cannot get uploaded to Jetpack’s VideoPress. This is, in a nutshell, the reason why VideoPress doesn’t support this file format.

I hope that the above helps. If you have any other questions, do not hesitate to let us know!
