Há um erro crítico no seu site

    Estou com o seguinte problema no meu site
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare themify_img_resize_dimensions() (previously declared in /var/www/html/casasagres.com.br/web/wp-content/plugins/themify-portfolio-post/includes/themify/img.php:196) in /var/www/html/casasagres.com.br/web/wp-content/plugins/themify-tiles/includes/themify/img.php on line 190

    porem n?o consigo acessar nada nem o painel administrador para desativar ou restaurar o site para resolver o problema, já tentei desativar o plugin via ftp e n?o funcionou até criei outra pasta plugin(deixando a antiga como old) e ainda sem o erro persistiu
